Store and Load Template Data
To store form data as a new template:

The window Store Template Data opens. |

(optional) Select Show own records, Show group records or Show all records. |
|

To overwrite an existing template, select the template in the list. |
|

|
To create a new template, enter a unique name in the field Template Name. |
(optional) To organize the templates in a tree structure, use the slash (/) character in the Name. The templates are sorted by the text on the left side of the slash.
Example: The Name Frankfurt/AB123 stores the template AB123 under the node Frankfurt.
Give access rights (read, read/write, or none) to this entry:
- Group: users in your Group.
- Other: users not in your Group.

The data in the form is saved as a template. |
To load template data to the form:

The window Load Template Data opens. |

Select which templates to show: |
- Show own records: Templates created by you.
- Show group records: Templates created by users in your group.
- Show all records: All templates available for you.

|
(optional) Click Collapse All and Expand All or click the icons - and + to hide/show templates in the tree structure. |
|
4.
|
(optional) To search for a template press Ctrl + F and enter text with the keyboard. |
|
5.
|
Click the template you want to use in the list. |

The form is filled with data from the template. |
