The left side of the page Visual Flight Planning shows the Route Plan.

Enter date for the EOBT Estimated Off Block Time, or select the date from the calendar. |

Reverses the route in the tab Route. |

GS |
Enter the ground speed. This is used to calculate the time needed between two points. |

This tab shows the route you have defined point by point. The icon shows the type of the route point (refer to Tab Legend).
You can change the order of the individual points via drag-and-drop.
To reverse the route, click Reverse.
The blue bar between route points shows
- the angle that the pilot must take to reach the next route point. The value in brackets shows the angle without station declination.
- the distance between the two route points.
- the time it takes to reach the next route point with the given ground speed.
Move the mouse over a route point:
- To centre of the map to the point, click the icon
.
- To remove the point from the route, click the icon
.

This tab shows information on the prohibited, danger, and restricted areas that are within the Safety distance to restricted areas of your route (refer to User Preferences).
To centre the map to the restricted area, move the mouse over the restricted area and click the magnifying glass.
The map shows the boundary of the restricted areas in different colours.
Colour | Description |
---|---|
Dark red |
Your route intersects the restricted area. The red bottom corner of the map also shows the icon |
Orange |
Your route is within Safety distance to restricted areas of the restricted area (refer to User Preferences). The red bottom corner of the map also shows the icon |
Light red |
Your route does not intersect the restricted area. |
