QATAR EAIP 2ND EDITION – PUBLICATION, ACCESS,AND USER INSTRUCTIONS
1 GENERAL
1.1 The Qatar Electronic Aeronautical Information Publication (eAIP) 2nd Edition has been published by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) on 11 JUN 2026.
1.2 The 2nd Edition of the Qatar eAIP will become effective on AIRAC date 06 AUG 2026.
1.3 The Qatar eAIP is published exclusively on the official Qatar Civil Aviation Authority – AIM webpage: https://www.caa.gov.qa/en/aeronautical-information-management. No manual subscriptions are maintained.
1.4 The format of the text, chapters, sections, and chart numbering may have been revised in the 2nd Edition.
1.5 Valid AIRAC AIP Supplements issued during the 1st Edition of the Qatar eAIP have been reissued under the 2nd Edition of the eAIP with an effective date of 06 AUG 2026.
1.6 Valid AICs issued during the 1st Edition of the Qatar eAIP have been reissued with a publication date of 11 JUN 2026.
2 INSTRUCTION FOR TRANSITION TO QATAR EAIP 2ND EDITION
2.1 The Qatar eAIP 2nd Edition contains the same information that was published in the latest amendment of the 1st Edition.
2.2 Users maintaining manual or paper copies are advised to:
- Download and print the complete AIP 2nd Edition (New), AIRAC AIP SUPs (New) and AICs (New) issued alongside the AIP 2nd Edition
- On 11 JUN 2026, replace the existing AICs with the downloaded AICs (New).
- On 06 AUG 2026, replace all the AIP pages and AIRAC AIP SUPs with the downloaded AIP 2nd Edition (New) and the AIRAC AIP SUPs (New).
